We sell digital/downloadable manuals only. No hard copy or disc will be included with your order.
Your manual can be accessed in one of two locations – from the order confirmation screen after checkout, or from your order confirmation email. If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam/promotions folders.
Save the downloaded files to your computer, tablet or cloud storage (such as Dropbox) to easily access them in the future.
On iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) the default save location is in the Files app under the Downloads folder.
If you click the download link and nothing appears to happen, check your web browser’s Downloads tab or the status bar. The file may have been saved to your default downloads folder.
If you are unable to download your order, we’re here to help. Send us an email at support@protechmanuals.com with your order number and we will gladly assist you or provide an alternate download link.
A note for iOS with Safari web browser users: if you click the download link and nothing appears to happen, please allow a few minutes for the PDF file to load and check your status bar.
All PDF manuals can be viewed with your preferred PDF reader, such as Adobe Reader, Foxit Reader, Books app (iOS), etc…

Your download link will not expire, however we limit the number of download attempts. We recommend downloading the files to your computer or cloud storage using a stable, high speed internet connection.
We accept PayPal everywhere it is available and credit/debit card payments in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, France, Ireland, Spain, Japan (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx). Discover and JCB cards are only available in the USA and Canada. Google Pay and Apple Pay wallets are also available in the USA, Canada, UK, France, Ireland and Spain.
Please note that all prices on our site are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Currency conversion fees may apply in countries outside the U.S.
All payments are securely transmitted to our payment processors using our PCI-compliant checkout system.
Due to the digital format of the products on our website, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final and non-refundable. Please make sure you are purchasing the correct manual based on model/serial number compatibility listed on the product page, or get in touch with us and we will gladly confirm for you.
If there is a mistake or omission on our part we will, of course, correct it in a timely and satisfactory manner.
